Returns & Refunds

The customer must contact Frozen Garage Door Solutions before any returns. Frozen Garage Door Solutions accepts returns of our product for a period of 60 days. It must be returned in the original packaging and with proof of purchase. The refund will be made to the original credit card that was used to purchase the kit. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning our product, it will be deducted from the refund. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@frozengaragedoorsolutions.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
